Dear Microsoft,

I’ve been feeling a little down lately. I know that things haven’t always been great between us and I really wanted to try to make an effort to fix that today.

Unfortunately when I went to your website to begin to make amends, I was greeted with this. I must say, I’m feeling rather under-represented; you see, I work from home.
